Fabio Bussotti, a theatre, film and fiction actor, was born in Trevi on 29th January 1963. He graduated at the Vittorio Gassman’s theatre school in Florence (Bottega Teatrale di Firenze). He worked with film directors such as Fellini, Olmi, Archibugi and Monicelli. In 1989 he won the Nastro d’Argento film award for the best supporting actor in Liliana Cavani’s “Francesco”. He made his debut as a writer with the thriller novel L’invidia di Velázquez (Sironi Editore, 2008), which was translated into Russian and Spanish. In 2012 he published Il cameriere di Borges (Perdisa Pop), and gained a unanimous praise both from critics and readers.
