Roberto Cupo

Roberto Cupo born and grown in Salerno thirty years ago. A quiet childhood and long solitary afternoons in the countryside between clouds and grass made him a definitely not practical teenager but one with good imagination. At sixteen, he begins his collaboration with a local radio station where the world of music and reading opens itself to him. But it is at the high school with a friend where he discovers and shares the authors who change his life; of those years his first attempts - quite painful - to write fiction. Once finished the high school, he moves to Rome along with his usual friend. Good readings, a lot of boozes and a never completed catastrophic college career. Among the Roman suburbs he lives close to the realities encountered in his favourite books, led by people in perpetual economic, moral and human crisis. In 2010 he joins the editorial staff of the online newspaper ildirigibile.eu and remains there until closing (for lack of funds) in 2012. Later, he collaborates with several local radio stations in the capital. Inkroci is his first experience as an author of short stories. And he is happy.
