Monica Frigerio

Born in the countryside in 1989 where she spent a bucolic childhood, she then moved to Milan in 2009. She loves travelling and changing her mind a lot. After a master degree in Language and Literatures, she attends a book editing course organized by the literary agency Herzog, trying to set the base for the start of a career in publishing. She still doesn’t know where life will lead her and every time she reads Jakob von Gunten’s CV (Robert Walser), she so empathizes with it, though, for sure, her passion for books is not going to change. She feels an overwhelming devotion to Russian literature: first came Dovstoevsky’s “Demons”, and then nothing remained the same. Some of her short stories are being published by Edizioni del Gattaccio.
