Riccardo Burgazzi was born in Milan in 1988. Graduated in Literature, he lived in Spain and in the Czech Republic, where he obtained a PhD in Medieval Philology and taught "History of the book" and "Medieval Latin Literature" at the Carolina University in Prague. He has published the novels "Storia del Michelasso" (“Michelasso’s History”, Prospero, 2016) and "Le primavere di Praga" (“Prague’s Springs”, Prospero, 2018) and the essay "Francis of Mayronis' Tractatus de passione Domini. Critical edition and studies” (Prospero, 2017).
